Confidentiality is paramount given the nature of the services offered by the Halo Business Angel Partnership. We are committed to maintaining your privacy and confidentiality and will not disclose your details – except as obligated by law.

Investors and Advisors

Personal details, contact details and details of investment preferences are only collected to allow us successfully provide a service to you. These details remain confidential at all times.

During the initial registration process we agree a brief background profile containing the detail that you wish released. This background profile is only released to companies when you give your permission.

Companies

Relevant personal details, contact details and investment details contained in your application form are available to investors through the password-protected section of our website or when details from your application form are sent to investors or advisors.

All other information regarding your business remains confidential at all times and will not be released without your specific permission.

Contact details and e-mail details

We do not sell to, rent or share our membership details or e-mail addresses with outside bodies. These details are only used to send you information that you have agreed to receive. You can unsubscribe from our e-mail lists at any time.

Data Protection

Investors, companies and advisors are requested to comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Acts, 1998 and 2003 in relation to data which is provided to the Halo Business Angel Partnership. Please ensure that you have in place all requisite consents to disclose data to the Halo Business Angel Partnership. Please do not disclose data where there is any doubt as to whether a relevant party has consented to the disclosure of such data. Sensitive data should never be disclosed to the Halo Business Angel Partnership. You can amend or update the data you submit at any time.
